Meet Geoffrey
I made the decision to pursue a real estate career in my hometown of Chicago immediately after graduating from Miami University with a Business and Communications degree. Two years ago, after leading a top-producing real estate team for several years in a row, I expanded into the Tampa Bay market where I now live full-time with my wife and our Chihuahua, Leo.
Back in Chicago, I launched my own brokerage-turned-team, Z Chicago, to expand on the client-first brand I had become known for locally. So, it was only natural that I name my new business, Z Tampa Bay.
The “Z” is not just to simplify the pronunciation of my last name (although it’s a nice benefit). Rather, it illustrates my commitment to my clients throughout every step of the transaction and homeownership process. I’m there at those first steps of gaining pre-approval or receiving a custom market valuation, all the way to locating the best contractors for new home renovations or locating a reliable mover. My service is truly A to Z.
In the past decade, I have closed over 1,000 residential sales and rental transactions, and I’m immensely grateful for the relationships I’ve developed with the buyers, sellers, renters, and investors who have trusted me with their real estate decisions. I’m proud to call many of them my close personal friends.
The reason I am so committed to my business (to my wife’s dismay) is because I love my day-to-day, and even more, finding my clients the home of their dreams or helping them recoup the highest possible return on investment. I am extremely transparent and incredibly responsive to all my clients. I answer requests on evenings, early mornings, and holidays in addition to normal business hours. I also make OK jokes.
With such dedication to this business and my vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay and Chicago markets, my clients expect and appreciate the level of commitment I bring to their purchase or sale, truly treating each transaction as if it were my own.
